DESCRIPTION:Event organized by the Hawaii Department of Parks & Recreation \nThis drop-in class is designed for those who are nature journalers and want to join others who are interested in the practice. The scheduled time of this class will include a quick welcome\, time in the garden to draw and journal\, and then time back with the group to share our findings/drawings of the day. This drop-in class is suitable for all ages. Please bring a sketchbook\, pencil\, and any other materials you may have for drawing. If you are new to nature journaling\, a quick review and pamphlet with more information will be shared so you are able to participate. \nWahiawā Botanical Garden 1396 California Ave. Wahiawā\, HI 96786 (808) 621-5463\nIf you don’t find parking in our lot\, you may park on the grassy area along California Ave. in front of the garden. \nRegistration is encouraged.
